ABOUT
Dr. Kathryn Vetter is an internationally award-winning clarinetist based in New York City.
Kathryn enjoys performing contemporary classical music and is committed to creating and programming new works for clarinet.
As a chamber musician, Kathryn is the founding clarinetist of
Sputter Box and Nu Quintet.

Kathryn will perform with Eighth Blackbird at their NYC performance at The Town Hall on July 17, 2024.

August 3-4, 2024
Kathryn will be performing at the International Clarinet Association’s ClarinetFest on August 3rd, 2024 and at Unit 44 on August 4th, 2024 at 4pm.

Kathryn recently improvised melodies as people ran their hands along a sculpture to help them learn about the travel paths and feeding habits of whales.
